NEW COMP!!‏

So last sunday night i got a new comp named Elder Villareal from California and we have had a really fun, hard working week! we recieved a referal from a member in Oranjestad (other area on the island) and his name is Jose. We have only passed by twice and he has told us that he wants to get baptized and that he has a really good feeling about this church!! wow its amazing to see that we spend hours out in the sun contacting and trying to talk with people and then a member gives us a referal of one of his friends and he is amazing!!! this is just a note to everyone that is reading this.... GIVE REFERALS TO THE MISSIONARIES!!!! it really does help out so much!! but also, Elder Villareal had some dental work done in the DR before he came down but then a couple of his teeth started bugging him to the point where he had a lot of pain so the past couple of days, we have been in the house and he has been resting because he has had a huge headache. Saturday morning, we were able to go to an activity in Oranjestad and we were out in the sun for a lot of hours so i now look like i fell asleep in a tanning bed!! haha and we were able to go to church on sunday so i translated during sacrament meeting from english to spanish for those that dont speak english in our branch. then this morning, president buckley took us to a dentist and the dentist was able to fix Villareals tooth problem so now hes doing a lot better! anyways things here are going great and we still have a baptismal date with Rudy this upcoming 24th but we are thinking to push it back a week and invite Jose to be baptized at the same time! the work is progressing and time is flying! love and miss you guys!
