Wow this week has flown by!!! Ill apologize now for the
annoying keyboard that wont stop capitalizing the words!! Ahh i want to smack
this thing: anyways things here are going really really good and i now have a
new companion named elder urbina from guatemala! He is super cool and really
fun to work with: he can speak a little bit of english so my spanish is
starting to take off! Yea! This new area that im in is a great place and is
super clean: there are a ton of hills here however so everyday is just constant
walking up and down the hills! Its enjoyable though and im sure that my leg
muscles are going to grow really fast! The members here in this area are really
awesome and they have a really strong ward! My companion had already put a
baptismal date with a guy here named jose miguel that is 17 years old and he
wants to serve a mission when he turns 18!! He is super ready to be baptized
and im glad that i came here when i did so that i could have the chance to know
him. We are going to have his baptism on march 2nd and the whole ward is really
excited for him! We are also trying to work with his mom and sister but the mom
isnt really interested and the sister is never home but we are going to keep
trying. Also, every week we have to report numbers for how many lessons and
stuff like that that we did during the week and elder urbina and my numbers
were huge!!! Everyone was super amazed at how much we did in our first week
together so hopefully we can keep up the good work and find some great people
that are waiting to here the truth! Anyways ill stop for now cause im sure this
is annoying to read but i love you all and hope everyone is safe and in good
health!
