This past saturday we were able to baptize scarlet (one of our contacts) and it was a super successful turnout! A lot of members showed up to support her and scarlets mom came to see the baptism. We were talking with the mom at the baptism and we asked her when she was going to be baptized and she said soon!! yes!!! we are going to pass by their house this week and see if we can put a baptismal date with scarlets mom so that scarlet has a support system when going to church! we´ve also put another baptismal date with a lady named selena so hopefully we can work hard and help her be ready for that date! things here are going good and time is really flying by! My companion Elder Peterson already knows how to speak and listen to people speaking spanish and its fun to be able to have a companion that can work alongside you and follow the spirit with you. Things here are great and we are really helping this area get going and hopefully we will be able to change it from a branch to a ward! we´ll see!! anyways love you guys and know that i really miss you all!!
