IT IS HOT!!‏

Oh my goodness i thought it was hot when i first came to the DR in the first of february!! i was super wrong! it is continuously getting hotter and hotter everyday and the members here tell us that it keeps getting hotter until the mid to end of august!! haha wow i seriously feel like someone just stuck me into an oven!! but it is fun out here! This past week we have been working really hard to get our family that we are working with married. They are Hatian and it is really expensive to get Hatians married in the DR but we almost have everything figured out! the thing is that me and my comp. (Elder Harris) want to see them get baptized so we are working really hard cause we think that this will probably be our last transfer together in this area. So we have less than 5 weeks to get things going and its going to take a month to get their papers processed so we are going to for sure get their papers sent in this week! Then we just set a baptismal date with a lady named Marisa and she is so cool! She came to church and kept telling us how neat everything was. Its really interesting to hear people that visit our church talk about it cause one of the first things they say is of course they felt the spirit really strong but then they say that our church is super orderly. I´ve never really thought about how orderly it is before but now that i think about it, we have a way orderly church! Its amazing to watch peoples lives change as they continue in the gospel! Its like they start receiving this light that keeps growing and growing. The Dad of the family we are working with used to have really big poofy hair and a big beard and now he has it cut really short and he got rid of his beard and it looks so good!! The gospel is definitely changing his life around! He even cleaned his whole house and organized everything! There have been a couple other investigators that we have been working with that have done the same thing! I really wish that i would have gotten a picture with the Dad before he cut his hair cause you guys wouldn´t even think that he looked the same! anyways thats been my week! love you guys and i hope everyone back home is doing great! Oh and if you have written me a letter then i have definitely written you back so be expecting one coming within the next month or so!!
