So this week we've had 3 baptisms and that was such a cool experience!! there should be some pictures so hopefully those get on there too! We had this lady named Sena and her son which was a really cool experience to see her change in her life and how the gospel and priesthood blessings have really helped out! Baptisms are a super neat experience and we have a good ward that really fellowships the new investigators and makes them feel welcome! Also this Sunday (march 11th) we had our first transfer calls and that was super exciting!! I'm staying in my same area with my same companion but i thought they were going to give me a new trainer to finish my training cause he´s been in this area now for 6 transfers which is a ridiculously long time to be in an area. that's about 9 months in one place. This is his only place he´s ever been in! i feel bad cause he really was hoping to go to the islands or just somewhere cool but he´s still excited to stay cause we are going to have some really good baptisms coming up! Also we are getting two more missionaries put in our house with us so that's going to be super interesting!! im excited though cause it will really change things up! Oh and our mission president just decided to take away every missionaries ipod in the whole mission cause apparently there were some other missionaries that were abusing the privilege of using them and they had bad music so the president decided that no one should be allowed to have them. so that ipod that the bishop gave me is now sitting in a safe in the mission office with all of the other missionaries ipods! now we are using CD´s so we are old school! haha well anyways things here are going really good and time is flying by!! i love you all and hope that everyone is doing ok!! Stay faithful in the church and you will see blessings being poured out in your life! oh and last thing, congratulations to Kyle Herring for getting engaged!!!
Love,
Elder Herring
